This last week was a busy one with my students! We have been working so hard, and I almost forgot that we needed to do some fun holiday stuff!! We have been learning about our heritage, so my kids created heritage dolls, depicting their own unique family heritage. Aren't these AWESOME?? The Indian's clothes were made of cinnamon!!
We also wrote our first "persuasive" paper from the point of view of a turkey, trying to convince humans not to eat us for Thanksgiving!!
And after a long, hard week, I came home to a brand new Christmas tree all set up and ready to go! Isn't my hubby the best??
So of course, after the tree was all decorated, I had to do a little extra...
Now for a week off to decorate, relax, and spend time with my family!!
